Safety, safety and safety; we are too much concerned about safety and we talk about the subject everuwhere whether at home, in office, industry or anywhere else. But we are least botheres about safety on roads. Shouldn't we take these deadly roads seriously and discuss about the safety measures required by everyone. Probably this sensitive issue has not been accepted by us yet and that is why it is not taught to children at school. Muskaan foundation, Udaipur has come up with an initiative to introduce Road Safety as - co-scholastic activities in some selected schools. This book has been specially designed to teach students about the terms related to road traffic and safety. We have emphasized more on activities rather theoretical details as these practical activities will enable children to develop the apt driving behaviour right from their childhood. This book is equally useful and must also be read by parents in order to understand and comprehend the importannce, sensitivity and necessity of the subject. We hope this edition will hepl teachers and parents to bring up sensitive and safer genberations ahead.

Mr. Ashwini Bagga is born and brought up in Jaipur. After completing his preliminary education from Subodh Public School, he obtained Master's Degree in English Literature from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Apart from widening his academic knowledge he turned into an IT expert. He is an avid reader, passionate author and an adoring guitarist. He has written several articles on contemporary issues that have been published in leading newspapers, magazines, websites and blogs. He has also authored the book The Road to Road Safety which has been published by All Inida Federation of Motor Vehicle Department. Mr. Bagga relocated to Udaipur in 2010 with his family. He acknowledge this beautiful city as his work place and started working in the field of Road safety through MUSKAAN with a strong determination to reduce number of road accidents and road accidents fatalities in Udaipur. He has attained training on Road Safety & Traffic Management from Central Institute of Road Transport, Pune. Being an Author and Social Activist Mr. Bagga is Continuously serving the society at largest for the noble cause of Rpoad safety. Mrs. Nisha Bagga is born in Sagwara in Dungarpur district. Her father Late Shri Jagdish Sharan Malhotra was a Government Employee in Rajasthan State Electricity Board. His father was transferred to Jaipur where she completed her educations. Mrs. Nisha had served IT industry as a Software Enginering for several years. After her marriage she relocated to Udaipur with his husband Mr. Ashwini Bagga and started working in the field of Road Safety through MUSKAAN foundation for road safety. She has also served a Project Coordinator in Rajasthan Road Safety Education & Awareness Mission being operated by Rajasthan Parivahan Nirikshak Sangh. Mrs Bagga has also written books titles Road to Road Safety (Hindi) and Teacher's Manual for Road Safety (Hindi). She has attained training on Road Safety & Traffic Management from Central Institute of Road Transport. Pune. She has been honored with District Merit Award on 15 August 2014 for her unprecedented contribution in the field of Road Safety in Udaipur.
