S.S. Rathore is currently woking as Head of the Department of Mining Engineering and he has more than 18 years of teaching experience, he obtained B.E. 1979 and M.E. (Mining) in the year 1990 from M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur. He has vast experience in the field of Mining Engineering related to practical aspects of various problems in small and large scale mining field around Udaipur (Raj.). He has presented his research findings in the Third International Symposium on Mine Planning and Equipment Selection at Istanbul, Turkery. He has 25 researcg papers published in national and international proceedings. He has experience of organising National Workshop on Safety and Technology in Marble Mining and Processing. He is actively involved in Industry institution interaction activities related to stone mining. He is member of professional bodies such as IE (India). MGMI and the ISTE.
