Dr. Renu Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration, University College of Commerce & Management Studies, Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU), Udaipur, Rajasthan. She holds B.Com., M.Com., Ph.D. from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Rajasthan.

Dr. Renu Sharma is an academician and researcher with expertise in the field of Commerce and Management. She has extensive teaching and research experience and is actively engaged in guiding students in areas related to Industrial relations and labour laws, tourism management, company law, and management studies. Dr. Sharma has contributed to various research publications and academic projects focusing on contemporary business and legal issues. Her research interests include financial inclusion, women entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and socio-economic development. With a student-centric approach to teaching and writing, she aims to simplify complex legal concepts for learners and provide a practical understanding of the legal framework governing companies and businesses in India.

Her book, Fundamentals of Company Law, is written to provide comprehensive, easy-to-understand knowledge of company law principles, provisions, and practices for students.

Dr. Harsh Shrimali is a distinguished academician and researcher. He holds B.Com., M.Com. (EAFM) (Merit holder), Ph.D., M.Com. (Business Administration), and LLB. He is also a recipient of the prestigious NCC “C” certificate (Cadet Captain Rank) and was a participant in the Republic Day Camp (RDC) in 2010 and is also a 3 time national sports player. Dr. Shrimali’s contributions to academia include several published research papers in national and international journals. Dr. Shrimali is committed to fostering an understanding of fundamentals of company law while offering insights into their practical application in today’s world.
