Dr. Chandresh Kumar Chhatlani has over 27 years of rich experience in training, research, academics, writing, software development, and website development and design, having independently developed more than 150 software applications and websites. He is a multiple record holder for earning the highest number of academic certificates from three prestigious organizations-World Book Record (Sri Lanka), World’s Greatest Records, and Tribune International World Records. He has also earned two major world records for developing the most educational and skill-based software in a year (2025), along with the record for developing the most educational games software in 2024. His record for writing the maximum number of English Laghukathas has been approved by the India Book of Records, and World’s Greatest Records has accepted his record for publishing the first book of English Laghukathas. Dr. Chhatlani has extensive experience in academic documentation and regulatory compliance, including NAAC assessment and processes related to UGC, AICTE, MHRD, NIRE, etc. He has earned more than 1,200 professional certificates from reputed organizations such as Microsoft, Amity, Cisco, Google, IEEE, DIKSHA, WHO, and others. Dr. Chandresh has authored 17 books, edited 10 books, published over 46 research papers, and has been honored with more than 60 national and international awards.
