Dr. Anju Kavdia, an accomplished academician with over nine years of teaching experience, is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Department of Law at Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Deemed-to-be University), Udaipur. She obtained her Ph.D. from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University and has successfully qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET).

Dr. Kavdia completed her LL.B. and LLL.M. degrees from the College of Law, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. Her academic and research interests are reflected in her active participation in scholarly activities. She has presented research papers at numerous national and international conferences and has published several research articles in reputed journals of national and international repute.

Dr. Anila has been associated with teaching and research in the field of Law for more than 19 years. She is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Bhupal Noble’s University, Udaipur. She has delivered numerous expert lectures and presented research papers at national and international seminars and conferences.

More than 35 of her research articles have been published in national and international journals and edited volumes. Her writings have appeared in reputed publications such as Nai Dishaen, National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi, Samaj Kalyan, Central Social Welfare Board, Government of India, and Rajbhasha Vistarika, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India. Her academic interests include Law relating to Domestic Violence, Family Law and Human Rights of HIV/AIDS Patients, on which she has undertaken extensive research and scholarly writing. Dr. Anila has also authored a book entitled “The Role of Agencies in the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence.’ Under her academic supervision and guidance, four research scholars have successfully completed and been awarded their Ph.D. degrees.

Dr. Anila obtained her Ph.D. degree from the Faculty of Law, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. She was also awarded the prestigious Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi. In addition, she has qualified the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET).
