Dr. Swati Vyas is working since 2006 at the designation of Associate Professor in Department of Home Science. Foods and Nutrition in Esteemed University of Rajasthan. IIS Deemed to be a University, Jaipur (Rajasthan). She has been actively associated with field of Academic and Research. She has vast Research experience with approximately thirty research papers published in journals of repute one Ph.D awarded and other ongoing. Her research thrusts areas are Public Nutrition, Nutrition Education, Food Product Development, Clinical Nutrition, Maternal and Child Nutrition, Non-Communicable Diseases. In addition to her academic and research career, Dr. Vyas held several administrative in IIS Deemed to be a University, Jaipur.
Shobhna Mishra is pursuing a Ph.D. in food and nutrition from IIS Deemed to be a University, Jaipur (Rajasthan). She has working experience as an Assistant Professor, Department of Home Science (Food and Nutrition) at JPM Degree College, Nainital road (Bareilly). She has two months of experience as a dietician at Fortis Escorts Hospital, Jaipur (Rajasthan). She has published two journals and also has Poster presentations, workshops and conference certificates.
Anupriya Mangain is a Doctroal students at the Department of Foods and Nutrition, Faculty and Community Science, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, Gujarat. She is a UGC Junior Research Fellowship holder. She has completed her Master’s Degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur, Rajasthan with ICAR National Talent Scholarship (PGS) in 2019. She has been awarded University Gold Medal in her Master’s. She was graduated from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand in 2017. She has published a research paper entitles: “Assessment of Nutritional Knowledge of Menopausal Women” in Food Science Research Journal in 2019 and also published 4 abstracts in National Conference Proceedings.
Geethu C. Paul hailing from Changanacherry, Kottayam, Kerala is a dietician by qualification and a lecturer by profession who loves to work in the field of Dietetics and Suplementry nutrition. I graduated pursue Post graduation from PSG college of arts and sciences Coimbatore in clinical nutrition and dietetics. I love to give write-ups and Articles relevant to the field.
