India has one of the largest proportions of population in the younger age group in the world. The population in the age-group of 15-34 years has increased from 353 million in 2001 to 430 million in 2011. By 2010, India is set to become the world’s youngest country with 64 percent of its population in the working age group. India needs to empower this human resource, as we Indians belive strongly that “Aaj Ka Yuva Hi Kal Ke Desh Ka Bhavishya Hai”.
